CHINANAGOLANDA club of
three hundred
and sixty-five.

Co-own a Catalan estate, a cultural world, and the infrastructure beneath it — one share for every day of the year.

The idea

Not an investment. A belonging.

Three hundred and sixty-five people — no more, ever — become perpetual co-owners of Chinanagoland: the estate, the venue, the cultural programme, and the self-powered infrastructure being built beneath it. A single share is a share in all of it, and a standing place at the table for the rest of your life.

What you co-own

A working estate, and the business it runs.

Your share is a real stake in La Torre dels Til·lers — the modernist estate and 400-person event venue by Enric Sagnier — and in the operating business that runs it: weddings, events, hospitality, residencies and the cultural programme. You share in the revenue those streams generate.

  • Co-ownership of the La Torre estate and venue
  • A share in the operating company’s revenue
  • A vote in the community that shapes what Chinanagoland becomes
  • A position that is yours for life — and your heirs’ after you
The founder’s covenant. The heritage factory itself is never sold into the company. Deborah retains it and leases it to the project on long, fair terms — so the crown asset can never be lost, and the founder stays bound to Chinanagoland’s success for the rest of her life.

The membership

What a share gives you.

Ownership is the foundation. The membership is the life you get to live on top of it.

The estate

Stay whenever you like

Complimentary nights at the estate each year, rising with the size of your holding — your rooms kept for you.

Priority booking for members · outside a short list of peak-season blackout dates.

Your gatherings

Bring your own events — no hire charge

Host your celebrations, retreats and gatherings in venues that others pay to use, with the in-house facilities included.

One signature member event a year, off-peak and subject to availability, never displacing a confirmed commercial booking.

Your circle

Extend the door to your guests

Introduce friends and family, and pass on member rates on stays, events and facilities to the people you bring in.

Member-guest rates apply to guests you personally introduce.

The table

Eat from the land

Access to the orchards, gardens and food grown on site — the kitchen and the harvest are part of what you own.

Seasonal, from the estate’s own production.

The programme

A front-row life in culture

Priority access to Chinanagoland’s performances, residencies, screenings and events — the world DUSOL is built to host.

Member priority across the annual programme.

The infrastructure

Private access to the network

Members-only access to the self-powered data centre and Faraday-shielded room being built on site — sovereign, secure and off-grid.

On completion — see below.

Benefits scale with the number of shares held. Final entitlements, caps and blackout dates are set out in the membership deed — designed to keep the club generous to members and the business healthy for everyone who owns it.

Infrastructure

For those who find culture too soft.

Beneath the beautiful thing sits a rational one: a self-powered, water-cooled data centre with a Faraday-shielded room, built into the factory’s own river, turbine and solar. It is the part of Chinanagoland that answers to spreadsheets — and it is owned by the same 365.

Water-cooledThe river and hydro turbine that once ran the mill now cool the racks.
Self-poweredSolar and hydro on site — off-grid resilience, low running cost.
Faraday-shielded roomA physically sealed space for sovereign, private, secure data.
A real, ownable assetInfrastructure with its own revenue, held by the membership.

Currently in costing and design. Presented here as a planned pillar of the estate, not yet operational — full specification and budget will be shared with members under the infrastructure plan.

The structure

Simple, permanent, and built to be passed on.

A share is a genuine equity holding, designed to hold its value and stay within a community that cares for it.

Founding allocation. A small founding circle is already in place, holding the first shares. A final handful of shares remains available on preferential founding terms — two shares for the price of one, or a single share at €15,000 — for those who join before the round completes.

Why it holds

Beautiful on top. Sound underneath.

Real assets

A heritage estate, an operating event venue, productive land and a self-powered data centre — not a promise, but property and a working business.

A founder bound for life

Deborah keeps the factory and leases it in, so she is tied to Chinanagoland’s success for the rest of her life — and the heritage core can never be lost by the company.

A closed, capped community

365 members and no more, each capped at five shares, exits matched by the club — ownership stays small, aligned and in careful hands.
